Organisation Structure

The Organisation Structure Manager is used to build an organisational hierarchy for the company. Contacts can be added under the person they report to, speeding up the set up of a new organisation.

The structure shows the names of all the company's people, and who they report to

The reports shows the names of all the company's people, and who they report to, which department they work for, telephone number and their email address.

New contacts can be added using the <create> option. This function opens a New Contact screen, with the reports to and business unit fields auto entered.

To view the organisation structure click the blue arrows in the left menu to expand the structure. Employees are listed under the person they report to.
