Pick List Manager

The pick list options displayed to users can be edited. For example, the default tax codes are GST and Tax Free. Should the rate of GST be increased from 10% to 15&% the administrator would have to adjust the rate. This change is performed through the pick List Manager.

From the Administration Quick Start screen click the 'Open Pick List Manager' link. The Code Explorer report screen is displayed.

The pick lists available for editing are:

•   ChargeUnitType

•   ContactCategory

•   Country

•   IndustryType

•   InquirySource

•   Labour

•   PaymentTerms

•   PersonTitle

•   Product

•   ProductCategory

•   StateRegion

•   TaskPriority

•   Tax

Click the pick list to edit in the left menu, the entries for the pick list will be shown in a report in the main pane. TO edit the pick list entries click on the edit icon, to add a new entry to the pick list click [Create].
