Hierarchical Data Ownership 2nd Level Security

Read/Write access to data is given to users that you report to, and through the reports to hierarchy to users that your supervisor or manager report to. Eg your supervisor would have read/write access to data entered by you. The supervisor's manager would also have read/write access. However,  a manager of a different group/department would not have read/write access to your data.
