Opportunities
Sales Opportunities record potential sales, with
estimated sale and sales potential details, to enable forcasting.
Sales Opportunity summary screens record and display the
associated Tasks/Events, Notes and Attachments to a particular sales
opportunity.
Sales Opportunities can be progressed to a quote by
clicking the "Create Quote/Find
Existing" link on the summary screen.
Sales Opportunities can also be generated and auto
assigned from a web based form.
For example, a new Sales Opportunity can be
automatically generated and assigned to the designated person, when a
potenial client registers for a free trial on a company's website.
